Ask my résumé

Answers come only from my published experience, and every answer cites where it came from.

Biggest team he has led?

At TransFi, Shubham leads engineering with 6 direct reports and oversees QA, security and DevOps across 7 regions, from SEA and LATAM to Europe and the US. At BYJU'S he led and mentored a team of 4 engineers through a monolith to microservices move. The site doesn't publish a total headcount.

GenAI in production?

Yes. At TransFi he shipped DisplAI, an AI developer platform that answers support queries, calls TransFi APIs for developers and generates integration code, and the TransFi MCP server, which lets client teams and their AI agents integrate from their own tools. Both run with guardrails that enforce data isolation. An AI workflow also cut partner discovery from about a week to 2 hours.

Hardest reliability fix?

One he highlights: every ECS Fargate deploy at TransFi caused a ~10 second outage. He redesigned the release path with ALB connection draining, graceful shutdown and tuned health checks, taking downtime per deploy from about 10 seconds to zero.

Architecture experience?

He owns the architecture of TransFi's payments platform: a composable API whose building blocks compose into 15 end-to-end flows for 10+ use cases across FX, Ramp and Gaming, with dynamic routing across partners. Earlier, as Technical Architect at BYJU'S, he split a monolith into Kafka-based services, supporting 3x concurrent orders.
