Partner integrations, discovered by an agent
It reads partner docs, drafts the open questions and runs sandbox flows end to end.

Problem
Every new payment partner starts with discovery: reading their docs, working out what's missing or unclear, and proving the integration works in their sandbox. That took about a week per partner.
TODO(shubham): Why discovery mattered: how many partners, what it blocked, who did it before.
Constraints
- The workflow runs over money data, so LLM guardrails restrict its scope and prevent exposure of secrets or other customers' data.
TODO(shubham): Other constraints: which models, where it runs, human review steps.
What I built
An AI workflow that runs partner discovery end to end.
- Partner docs
- Parse and map to our API
- Draft open questions
- Run sandbox flows
- Engineer review
- It reads the partner's docs and PDFs.
- It generates integration-specific questions for the partner.
- It runs automated sandbox flows end to end.
TODO(shubham): How the agent is built, and where a human stays in the loop.
Outcome
- Partner discovery went from about 1 week to 2 hours.
TODO(shubham): How many partners have gone through it so far.
What I'd do differently
TODO(shubham): What you'd change with hindsight.
