## Problem

Every new payment partner starts with discovery: reading their docs, working out what's missing or unclear, and proving the integration works in their sandbox. That took about a week per partner.

## Constraints

- The workflow runs over money data, so LLM guardrails restrict its scope and prevent exposure of secrets or other customers' data.

## What I built

An AI workflow that runs partner discovery end to end.

1. It reads the partner's docs and PDFs.
2. It generates integration-specific questions for the partner.
3. It runs automated sandbox flows end to end.

## Outcome

- Partner discovery went from about 1 week to 2 hours.
